I expressly authorize Shadhavar LLC to charge the designated payment method on a recurring basis for all fees due under this Order Form and any applicable quotation, proposal, or SOW, including subscription renewals, until this agreement is terminated in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.

Unless Customer provides written notice of non-renewal at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the then-current subscription term, the subscription may automatically renew for successive periods of equal length at the then-current pricing, as specified in the applicable commercial document and the Terms & Conditions.

Critical Payment & Refund Terms

All fees are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-prorated, except with the express written consent of the applicable vendor and actual refund to Shadhavar.

Any activated license is fully due and payable. No cancellation, suspension, early termination, or refund may be demanded after activation.

Any chargeback or payment dispute initiated without prior written notice to Shadhavar and a minimum ten (10) business day resolution period shall constitute a material breach and may trigger service suspension, service lock, administration fees, and all other available remedies under the Terms & Conditions.

I have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the Shadhavar LLC Master Terms & Conditions.

I have read, understand, and agree to the Data Processing Addendum (Schedule J), to the extent applicable.

I acknowledge and accept the limitation of liability, disclaimer of warranties, non-refundability, service lock, and arbitration provisions set forth in the Terms & Conditions.

All information provided in this Order Form is accurate, complete, and current. I understand that Shadhavar relies on this information and that any material misrepresentation may constitute grounds for immediate termination.

I consent to receive invoices, notices, and communications by electronic means. This agreement may be executed electronically and shall be legally binding under the U.S. E-SIGN Act and UETA.

This Order Form, together with the Terms & Conditions, the applicable Schedules, and the quotation, proposal, order confirmation, or SOW referenced above, constitutes the binding agreement between the parties with respect to the subscribed services.
